Linking Policy

1. Links to sites not promoting the goals of APICS, offensive to most of the public or of an objectionable nature will not be allowed. Objectionable content includes racially offensive material, offensive speech, or graphic sexual material.

2. Links need to fall into the following general categories.

• Sites providing on-line certification assistance for CPIM and CIRM
• CPIM body of knowledge
• CIRM body of knowledge
• Careers associated with Production & Inventory Control and Integrated Resource Management
  

3. The Central Wisconsin Chapter of APICS reserves the right to deny or remove all access to its site at any time. The chapter also reserves the right to add or remove links as deemed fit by the Board; and is not responsible for the content of the sites linked.

4. If at any time an APICS member complains about the content of a site linked to the Central Wisconsin Chapter’s web-site, the link will be re-evaluated and/or removed.

5. Organizations requesting links from the Chapter’s web-site will be required to immediately inform the Chapter’s webmaster of any changes to their web-site’s URL, webmaster, or other contact changes. If at any time contact cannot be made with the site, and subsequently with the site’s webmaster or other contact person, the link will automatically be deleted.

6. Professional organizations requesting a link to the APICS Central Wisconsin Chapter web-site must provide a reciprocal link to the Central Wisconsin chapter web-site’s home page.
